Let's Vibe

I’ve admired Paige’s alignment with her vision for herself and her intentionality in her decision making when considering her next steps and those of her clients.  She is great at asking questions, ideating and exploring opportunities for alignment and connection.  When I was looking for support with making a transition in my career, I knew she was the right person to go to because she is so great at aligning with her purpose and her path.  I was ready to leap into my dream career path, I just wasn’t sure what it was yet.  I knew what I liked and what I was interested in, but not of how to formalize that into a real career journey.  Paige helped me to dive into exploring my core values and principles and guided me to accept how my skills and work are valuable.  She showed me that I was aiming too low for myself and that I did actually deserve a seat at the tables I wanted to be at. Paige facilitated a few sessions with me and tasked me with guided soul-searching.  I now have an even clearer vision for where I want to be now and where I want to end up in a few years.  I left our program with a toolkit to help me jump into my new career and a framework for approaching future opportunities considering my path and purpose first.
